She is responsible for shaping AP&I’s governance posture across environmental, regulatory, and public‑sector interfaces, ensuring that the company’s initiatives remain compliant, credible, and aligned with local, state, and federal frameworks.
With a background spanning environmental policy, brownfield redevelopment, and strategic planning, Stephanie integrates scientific, regulatory, and operational perspectives to support AP&I’s subsidiaries and partners. She specializes in translating technical requirements into clear, actionable pathways that strengthen institutional relationships, reduce risk, and advance long‑term environmental and economic resilience.
Stephanie is an active member of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, the Florida Brownfields Association, and the American Planning Association, reflecting her ongoing engagement with the environmental, planning, and brownfield redevelopment communities.
She provides senior leadership across AP&I’s environmental, regulatory, and intergovernmental portfolios, ensuring that governance integrity, environmental stewardship, and strategic partner alignment remain central to the company’s long‑range direction.
